Dysmey Blog Archives > spring vacation 2008, part 3
This morning I sat in a dentist's chair for an hour and a half while my lower right front molar was ground down, gooped up, and fitted with a temporary metal crown. The resulting cap feels smooth to my tongue. Casts of my upper and lower right teeth were made to ensure a good fit for the permanent crown coming in May. Meanwhile, I will have to be careful with the tooth. I followed the dental visit with a haircut on campus.
Today was a very warm day for April. It is as if the summer decided to pay us an early call.
The vacation seems so short. Yet I have lost my sense of the days of the week. I put out the trash last night, not realizing until the next morning that trash day is tomorrow.
